Heard me talking about Country Heat (or seen my embarrassing dance videos)? Country Heat is the newest workout program my Super Trainer Autumn Calabrese? Autumn is best known for the 21 Day Fix fitness/nutrition program that has helped countless people shed pounds, gain strength and learn healthy habits. So, when she launches a new program, I pay attention!
I've been trying out some of these workouts and not only are they fun, they work up a sweat like you wouldn't believe. Who would have thought you could burn up to 300 calories in 30 minutes by dancing? And when you get done, even though you've worked hard, you want to do it again!

Seriously, you won’t even feel like you are working out! The program combines country music inspired dance moves, with hip shaking cardio action that will tone and shape your legs, tighten your abs and help you shed inches.
