This is my new favorite recipe using Cafe Latte Shakeology. It's great on days I want to add a few more calories to my shake and have access to a blender. Here's the recipe so you can try it too:
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp all natural peanut butter
- Fill rest with water and ice
Blend and drink
A few tips:
I used a frozen banana but you can use fresh or frozen. I freeze bananas that the family doesn't eat before they go brown and use them later in things like this.
Depending on how thick and creamy you like your shakes, you might add more or less water.
