Tomorrow I start my first Challenge Group for 21 Day Fix. I'll be doing this program along with my group. As I've mentioned before, it will be the first regular workout program I've done in a while. I fully expect to get my butt kicked. BUT...I'm very excited to get back into a routine. I'm headed to Vegas in a few weeks so the timing is perfect to tone up a bit, maybe lose a few pounds before I go.

Ok, so I know I'm not overweight. In fact, I weight about 126 lbs. But, I'm only 5'2" so every extra pound shows and I'm certainly not comfortable in my muscle tone. I know I'm most comfortable around 120 lbs. so that's my goal. More importantly, my goal is to get healthier, feel better, have more energy and have my clothes just fit better. I can tell you I already feel and am starting to look better from doing about 2 weeks of Shakeology so that's going to continue. Regular workouts are only going to help as I burn off those extra calories and work my muscles in new ways.
Some of you out there may be looking for drastic change and you absolutely CAN do that with hard work and dedication. I can help you. Others, just want to be healthier, maybe lose a couple of pounds you gained over the winter. Either way, it's a personal goal and one is not more important than the other.
